SYNOPSIS & TRAILER:


For 30 days every winter, the isolated town of Barrow, Alaska is plunged into a state of complete darkness. It's a bitter time when most of the inhabitants head south. This winter, a mysterious group of strangers appear: bloodthirsty vampires, ready to take advantage of the uninterrupted darkness to feed on the residents remaining in town. Barrow's Sheriff Eben (Josh Hartnett), his estranged wife, Stella (Melissa George), and an ever-shrinking group of survivors must do anything they can to last until daylight.

Exclusive
Josh Hartnett ‘Sting’ Adverts played next week across ITV2 & ITV4 driving viewers to trailer premieres during peak programming. 30 DAYS OF NIGHT trailers will own these commercial breaks. This type of promotion is a first for ITV:


Josh Hartnett will tell the viewer in a 10" 'sting' to watch for the trailer in the commercial breaks on ITV2 & ITV4.  At the bottom of the ads there is a graphic indicating what show the trailer will be in (i.e. 'In the Fifth Element').  We've got the 2min trailer owning the commercial breaks in most of the peak programming we're buying into on ITV2 and ITV4, which includes ‘Entourage’, ‘The Shining’ and ‘Hells Kitchen USA’, amongst others. 

The stings will be running across ITV2 and ITV4 next week driving viewers to the trailers.
